Another box ticked

Got the long one in I was hoping for this morning. I aimed for a slow 25km in 2½ hours and got 23km in 2:28 instead. Some sections were ankle deep in mud after the rain we've had around here in the last few weeks so I'm pretty pleased. Get tomorrow out of the way and kick my heels for a week until I get to Woodford.
