Well, that's what it's called anyway! Seems it’s what I’ve got. From a niggle following Caboolture it flared up in my first full week of training after the event and though it cleared up to nothing following good rest and a 24 hour course of anti-inflammatory tablets by Thursday last week, it returned with a vengeance and I’ve had to rule out any running this coming week. With only another week to follow before Six Foot Track, it seems I’m going to have to toe the line with whatever I can get there with. Shame, I should have been sharp. I’ve no doubt I can deliver a strong run but I had some expectations. Ah well, I can now give heavier focus to enjoying the social aspect of the whole event. Bugger.
I've been pretty slack with my commitment to diarise my activities too, got to give it more attention.
